How long does it take from order placement to receipt of goods?

Total delivery time = Production cycle + International shipping time.

Production Cycle: Typically 15-30 working days, depending on order complexity and current production schedule.

International Shipping Time: Primarily depends on the destination, shipping method (sea/air freight), and customs clearance efficiency. For example, sea freight door-to-door time to major ports in Europe or America is approximately 30-60 days.

International freight is determined by the total volumetric weight (CBM) of the goods, the destination, and your chosen shipping method (sea freight/air freight/courier). How do you handle after-sales for damages incurred during transit?

We are committed to properly handling damages caused during shipping. If you find severe external packaging damage or product damage upon receipt, please immediately take photos or videos as evidence and contact us within 48 hours. We will initiate the after-sales process promptly to arrange replacement of the damaged parts or the entire product for you.

Do you provide on-site installation service?

If I choose to install myself, do you provide installation guidance and manuals?

Do you support after-sales services like returns, exchanges, and warranties?

For non-customized standard products, returns or exchanges can be requested within a specified period after receipt, provided the items are unopened, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
